Yes, when requested. Our top priority is to provide ethical, professional, and personalized counseling. Many of our clients appreciate integrating their faith or spiritual beliefs into therapy. Our therapists are trained to ethically incorporate faith-based therapy when appropriate. It is always based on your preferences and goals.

A therapy intensive is a focused session lasting 3 hours to multiple days (6–7 hours/day). It’s ideal for clients who want to make significant progress in a short amount of time, focus deeply without weekly session breaks or work through complex issues like trauma, grief, or relational repair. While not a “quick fix,” intensives can accelerate healing and are a great alternative or supplement to weekly therapy.
-
Yes, we are currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare. All other insurance providers are considered out-of-network, which means our therapists do not bill them directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Important details to note about insurance:
Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis for therapy to be covered.
Couples therapy is often not covered, unless it addresses a clinical diagnosis for one partner.
Topics like communication, relationship growth, or life transitions may not qualify as "medically necessary" in the eyes of insurance.
We’re happy to ask your insurer about coverage—but we can’t guarantee their response.
If you have more questions, please message us or give us a call.

Yes, we actively partner with churches to provide faith-aligned counseling, leadership support, pre-marital preparation, and workshops. We also offer trainings to help church teams better support mental health in their communities.

Therapy length varies by individual, their needs or goals. We work with you to create a therapy schedule that fits your life. Most clients meet Weekly (especially during a crisis or high-need season) or Biweekly. Frequency is always tailored to your goals and needs. Some clients prefer short-term, goal-focused therapy (6–12 sessions), while others choose ongoing support for deeper or long-term concerns. We'll collaborate with you to determine the best plan.
