Who We Are
We are so glad that you are here! If you are in the midst of a painful experience, we are here to sit with you, hear you, and support you through what you are going through. If you have chosen to invest in yourself and your relationships, then we are ready to do that sacred work with you.
Our clinicians are ready to offer a soothing and therapeutic environment to confidentially share so that you can be cared for. It's more important than ever that you have a space that is just for you and enables you to feel supported.
It often feels risky to ask for help, and so it can feel risky to reach out to find a therapist. We want you to know that you do not need to journey through this alone - we look forward to joining your journey.
We provide individual therapy for adults and therapy for couples. We are in-network with Aetna and Cigna. We collaborate with churches to support your community, click here for more information.

Licensed Marriage &Family Therapist Director

When you are hurting, it is a rare opportunity to have someone witness and acknowledge your hurt with kindness, while also offering hope. This is especially true for emotional and physical hurts that are sexually related because it is so vulnerable and rare to be able to share what you are going through when it comes to sex. Contact me if you would like to begin a therapeutic process that witnesses your pain, instills hope, and collaborates with you for your personal growth and flourishing. I work with individuals and couples that are struggling with sex and intimacy, or unwanted sexual behaviors.
