Who We Are

We are so glad that you are here! If you are in the midst of a painful experience, we are here to sit with you, hear you, and support you through what you are going through. If you have chosen to invest in yourself and your relationships, then we are ready to do that sacred work with you.

Our clinicians are ready to offer you a soothing and therapeutic environment to confidentially share so that you can be cared for. It's more important than ever that you have a space that is just for you and enables you to feel supported.

It often feels risky to ask for help, and so it can feel risky to reach out to find a therapist. We want you to know that you do not need to journey through this alone - we look forward to joining your journey.

We provide individual therapy for adults and therapy for couples. We are in-network with Cigna. We collaborate with churches to support your community, click here for more information.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals or couples can experience forgiveness, healing, and emotional reconnection while developing solutions that will exhilarate relationships, help change distorted thinking, and change undesirable behavior.

I view myself as client focused, offering my clients therapeutic interventions steeped in psychodynamic (talk therapy, helping to make sense of the present undesirable behavior through exploration of past experiences) combined with the structure of Christ-centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.

I consider it a blessing and a privilege to be part of the transforming work the Lord is accomplishing in people’s lives through Christ-centered psychotherapy. For over 20 years I have provided pastoral and spiritual counseling, helping individuals, couples, and families discover the very best they can be. I have also provided substance use disorder counseling, and mental health therapy in mental health clinics.
