Position Title: Licensed Therapist - LMFT or LPCC
We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our team at Collaborative Therapy Center. This is a full-time (20-30 hours) role seeing clients onsite at our Carlsbad office with stunning views in a Class A office building. Hybrid work is a possibility if the applicant and CTC agree the circumstances fulfill legal and ethical considerations. Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, couple therapy, and possibly group therapy, to clients across a variety of presenting issues. Presenting issues primarily include relational issues, grief and loss, anxiety, and significant life changes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and will demonstrate a commitment to incorporating evidence-based practices into their work.
Qualifications:
Masters or higher degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
Valid clinical license in California
Direct clinical experience working with individuals, couples, groups, or families for mental health concerns
Experience with treatment planning and utilizing evidence-based interventions
Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Knowledge of Simple Practice platform or willingness to learn
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, flexibly and also effectively integrate into a team environment focused on our clients with excellent therapeutic care and hospitality
A commitment to ongoing professional development
A commitment to professional collaboration with your own team as well as collaboration with other professionals associated with your work with clients
Job Type: Part-time for the first 3-4 months while building towards a full-time caseload, seeing 20-25+ clients per week.
Compensation: Based on experience, discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking two Registered Associates to join our team at Collaborative Therapy Center. This is a full-time (25-30 hours) role seeing clients onsite at our Carlsbad office with stunning views in a Class A office building. Hybrid work is a possibility if the applicant and CTC agree the circumstances fulfill legal and ethical considerations. Associates will be responsible for providing individual, couple therapy, and possibly group therapy, to clients across a variety of presenting issues. Presenting issues primarily include relational issues, grief and loss, anxiety, and significant life changes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, and will demonstrate a commitment to incorporating evidence-based practices into their work.
